行社為各位精心安排香港南極洲—蒲台島之旅。
蒲台島是香港最南的島嶼，因盛產蒲苔而聞名。
行社將帶你暢遊這寧靜優美的小島、征服香港南極—南咀角、觀賞各種珍奇異石，
讓你遠眺一望無際的南中國海。有興趣者亦可品嘗地道紫菜湯及海鮮餐。
地點： 蒲台島

集合地點：赤柱卜公碼頭 (美利樓對開)
集合時間：上午九時半 (逾時不候)
解散地點：赤柱卜公碼頭
解散時間：約下午五時半
費用：5元（會員價）／ 35元（非會員價）
午餐安排: 費用不包括午餐，島上有士多售賣粉麵，海鮮午膳約需$100， 有興趣者可自費品嘗。
行山路線：碼頭>「第三段」行山徑>天后廟>響螺石>觀日亭(蒲苔島最高點)>僧人
石>靈龜上山>南角咀>佛手岩 >碼頭
全程約5.5公里，需時約3小時。
注1:費用不包括來回共40元船費 注2:部分路段較為難行， 但只要小心，新手亦宜。

Day trip to the South Pole of HK, Po Toi Island
You may have been to many outlying islands in Hong Kong like the
Lantau and Lamma. However, have you ever heard of the Po Toi Island?
The Ramblers' Club will bring you to the southernmost island in Hong
Kong, Po Toi. Along the leisure hiking trail in Po Toi, you are going to
feel the peacefulness of the beautiful island and appreciate those
peculiar stones which are found all over the island. The highlight of
the trip will be to conquer its ‘South Pole’ where you could have a
spectacular view over the vast expanse of South China Sea. You
could also try the famous seaweed soup and have a seafood lunch feast at local restaurants.

Gathering point: Blake Pier at Stanley (next to the Murray House)
Dismiss time: 5:30pm
Dismiss point: Stanley
Fee: $5 (for members) $35(non-member)
Lunch arrangement: The fee does not include lunch. There are kiosks
on the island selling snacks and noodles. You can also try the seafood
feast at local restaurants which cost approximately $100 per head.
* You need to prepare your own return ferry fare which costs $40.
** Part of the hiking trail is quite challenging. Brief rock climbing needs a bit of caution for a safe trip.
